Prelaunch & Planning

  • COMPANY INTERVIEW & DISCOVERY: Formal meeting to identify corporate goals, priorities, gain industry insight, meet team members, discuss communications channels, outline competitors, and begin to form the plan of action moving forward.

  • COMPETITOR ANALYSIS: Identification of major competitors vying for the same digital marketplace. Data gathering to include (1) competitor search engine visibility, (2) search targets, (3) digital market share, and other factors like Google Ads activity or the quality of their SEO execution.

  • SEO INFRASTRUCTURE EVALUATION: Identification of on-site and off-site technical issues that could hinder SEO progress. Includes link quality evaluation, website crawling, Google Panda & Penguin penalties, Robots.txt, metadata, etc. Development of action items to be addressed.

  • WEBSITE TRAFFIC FLOW/CONVERSIONS: Recommendations, if needed, to improve sales lead conversion rates and the overall user experience.

  • KEYWORD RESEARCH: Keyword discovery to identify target search phrases for search engine optimization. Keyword research will fuel on-site content optimization.

  • SEO TRAINING: Target team members involved in the creation of digital content, including PR, blogging, web page creation, video, and social media. This key training session will help make all digital content perform better online.

Campaign Launch & Management

  • CONTENT OPTIMIZATION: Page-by-page content optimization based on keyword research. Products/services identified as a priority will be addressed first. Minimum of 15 pages through the first month and 3 pages thereafter. Includes page title tag, meta description tag, and bulk content. Professionally crafted and sensitive to regulatory considerations impacting the medical, cosmetic, financial, and other industries.

  • CONTENT CREATION: Creation of one new content piece per month. This content piece can be an SEO landing page, blog, or web page depending on the needs of the company and the campaign. Content marketing can be used to expand service pages, target critical keywords not supported by the website, add targeted city pages, on-topic blog dialogue, etc.

  • BUSINESS DIRECTORY SUBMISSIONS: Link building and profile submissions through business directory listings. Includes major business portals like manta.com and Merchant Circle. The entire network expands to 225+ business listing sites.

  • ONLINE YELLOWPAGE SUBMISSIONS: Link building and profile submissions through Online Yellow Pages websites like SuperPages.com.

  • GPS & MOBILE MAP SUBMISSIONS: Link building and profile submissions across GPS Systems like TomTom, Chevy, Toyota, and other automotive manufacturers’ phone and mapping services.

  • VOICE RECOGNITION & SEARCH SUBMISSIONS: Link building and profile submissions through voice search technology like Apple’s Siri, Windows Phones, and Android Devices.

  • SEARCH ENGINE SUBMISSIONS: Website submissions to the top 50 US-based search engines and search directories. In addition to the major engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo, it also includes Open Directory Project, the Jayde network, 7 Search, and other networks.

  • LOCAL SEO: Creation and/or optimization of Google My Business listings for up to five locations. Additional locations can be added at $30 per location.

  • TECHNICAL SEO EVALUATION: Observation of the overall technical SEO health of the website. Includes the review of the web page load speed, mobile responsive design, SSL hosting, inbound link quality, crawling issues, robots.txt, sitemap, and other technical factors that impact the performance of the SEO campaign.

  • TECHNICAL SITE DESIGN EVALUATION: Observation of the overall SEO design health of the website. Includes the review of the on-page link crawling, content crawling, content impact on search, internal & external duplicate content, devalued content, pop-ups, below-the-fold content, page count, infinite-scroll issues, and other design-related factors that impact the performance of the SEO campaign.

  • XML SITEMAPS: Creation of XML sitemaps to ensure thorough search engine BOT indexing. Submission of sitemaps to the search engines. BAD LINK CLEANUP– If bad inbound links are identified during the SEO Evaluation, we post the bad links to Google’s Disavow Links tool to reduce their negative impact on search rankings.

  • GOOGLE ANALYTICS ACCOUNT CREATION: The addition of a Google Analytics account (if one does not already exist). Evaluation of website traffic stats to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the website and to provide feedback concerning SEO campaign performance.

  • WEBMASTER TOOLS ACCOUNT CREATION: Creation and installation of a Webmaster Tools account for Google. Webmaster Tools provides direct feedback from Google covering performance metrics about your website. This information is used to identify problems with the website, the campaign and to provide direction for SEO work.

  • WEBSITE DESIGN RECOMMENDATION: If needed, performance recommendations addressing conversion improvements, SEO infrastructure, or issues that could improve website performance.

  • DATA INTELLIGENCE: Observation of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and search demand trends. Providing information concerning data trends or anomalies are identified and site statistics information to help plan, inform and strategize. We will set up and install these resources if they do not already exist.

  • SEARCH ENGINE ADAPTATIONS: Google averages 500 search adjustments per year. For most major changes, we know in advance that they are coming. We implement as-needed adjustments to the campaign to compensate for changes made or changes coming.

  • MONTHLY SEO SERVICE RANKING REPORTS: Keyword ranking report showing current keyword rankings for relevant keywords across the major US-based search engines. Campaign updates discussing progress and campaign details.

  • MONTHLY REVIEW MEETING: If requested, formal meeting to discuss the progress of the campaign, prioritize for the next month, collaborate, answer questions and provide data intelligence.

  • QUARTERLY STRATEGY & DATA INTELLIGENCE MEETING: In-depth quarterly meetings to discuss website traffic trends, user behavior, product search demand, conversion rates, and other details. Development of a revised corporate SEO strategy, re-prioritization of goals and tasks, and other adjustments can be discussed and pursued.

  • DIGITAL MARKETING CONSULTING: Digital marketing recommendations & advice per request.

  • ENGAGEMENT: A dedicated Diffactory account manager will be available during normal business hours. A Diffactory representative will be available via phone, email, and/or in-person meetings in order to provide the information and details reasonably needed to address any questions and requests. Other meetings can periodically be granted in an emergency meeting capacity.
