Hosting fees are covered for as long as you are on a Diffactory Managed Site Plan. Should you want to leave, that’s cool. We can continue to host for you at our rate of $25/mo or help you transition to another host. We offer dedicated WordPress hosting through Flywheel. It has a slew of features to help us both sleep at night without worrying about your site.
We may recommend third-party plugins to build the site you have always dreamt of (e.g. recurring orders, wholesale functionality, etc). Most plugins have a one-time fee associated with them. We will advise you upfront and let you determine if you’d like to include it with your site. The plugin fee is the customer’s responsibility. In many cases we have developer licenses for popular plugins such as Gravity Forms. In these cases, you get them for free. Sometimes additional integration time is required. If so we will let you know exactly how much it will cost so you can make an educated decision.
