To be successful in this role you should have a rare ability to keep the big picture in focus while managing day-to-day micro-tasks. We ask a lot and hold each other accountable for owning the results.


To become a linchpin within Diffactory’s strategy and implementation team.  A linchpin within our company is someone who the company depends on to get things done. Our company is small and we all dig in to accomplish goals for those we serve.

  2. Advanced prioritization skills – we have a three-year plan to triple the size of our business.  You’ll have a full, yet manageable plate and need to prioritize your efforts.

  1. Knows how to interpret a client’s needs and prescribe solutions that allow objectives to be met and/or exceeded
  2. Plan and execute/manage all digital marketing, including but not limited to:
    • SEO/SEM
    • Marketing automation
    • Analytics
    • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  3. Measure and report performance of all client digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Deep understanding of Google Analytics and how to establish reports and conversions.
    • Owns the reporting function via Agency Analytics 
  4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend based on the insights
  5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  6. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  8. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  9. Understand conversion principles and develop solutions to increase conversions
  10. Build and optimize user funnels
    • Expert at HighLevel or the ability to master 90% of the platform’s capabilities within 30-45 days. Online training resources provided.
    • Understands how to use marketing automation to enhance the customer journey while driving conversions profitably.
    • Ability to map out customer journeys and translate them to automation that enhances the journey and drives profit/retention for clients
  11. Collaborate and manage strategic partners
  12. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
